Dr. Sumit Ganguly of Indiana University will offer a critique of Prime Minister Modi’s goverment, Dr. Hassan Abbas from the Department of Defense will speak on how the moves made by India are viewed in Pakistan. CGP Director Azeem Ibrahim will discuss Hindutva ideology and how it has informed this crisis; Aparna Pande of the Hudson Institute will explain how India views Jammu and Kashmir. Finally, Michael Kugelman from the Wilson Center will offer suggestions for the U.S. government. CGP Director Kamran Bokhari will moderate the panel. Lunch will be provided.
